Diane Anderson is the Wildland Urban Interface Specialist for Wisconsin Fire Landscapes 7 and 9, communities with high to very high risk of wildfire, primarily in north-central and north-eastern part of the state. She works with towns to create and manage CWPPs, neighborhoods to become Firewise Communities, homeowners regarding Firewise principles including home ignition zone and DNR foresters to implement wildfire risk reduction projects.

Diane is also in training to become an all-hazards Public Information Officer.
