Emily is the Program Associate for the Fire Adapted Communities Learning Network. Her main responsibility includes working as a community liaison and managing the Affiliate Member network. Her role also includes working on communications for the Network and assisting with the Network Building Community of Practice. She additionally helps with special projects such as Social Network Analysis and other network evaluation efforts.
Her background is in community engagement in natural resources management, and has an M.S. in Human Dimensions in Natural Resources Management from the University of New Hampshire. Emily recently completed a certificate in Emergency Management from CSU Global and started volunteering with Boulder County Office of Emergency Management in January 2019.
Her favorite thing about working with FAC Net is the people she gets to work with. She constantly finds energy and inspiration from the network!
